We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager Collection Services.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Co-ordination with IT teams managing various collections systems to ensure uninterrupted service
  • Project management responsibilities of all collection system related projects and upgrades
  • Identify and assess system issues impacting operations and follow up for fixes and remediation
  • Manage changes in Collections System (CTA, dialer, Cyber) and required parameter set up, changes and engagement with IT
  • Engagement with wider stakeholders (Global and Local) on system related initiatives and issues
  • Coordination of RPA agenda and engagement with involved teams (operations, analytics, IT)
  • To work closely with the Transformation and Global teams on the Collection value stream (Collections VS) for prioritization of funding, tracking of benefits and deliverables, measuring business outcome
Requirements

To be successful you will need

  • University degree in a relevant discipline, or a professional qualification
  • Demonstrated experience in process optimization and implementing new technologies
  • Strong proficiency in collections systems and software
  • Proven ability to drive change and manage complex projects. Should be a self-starter and work independently
  • Decisiveness and ability to perform under pressure together with Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Good command of English and Cantonese is mandatory
