We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager, Commercial Execution.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will:

  • Help to define and enable key elements of the strategy as Manager, Commercial Execution for the Investments and Wealth Solutions team across the client continuum in support of Wealth Personal Banking’s priorities, including Asia Wealth and Wealth Model Transformation
  • Work with management and senior stakeholders to position the business appropriately to reflect business core strengths and capabilities in the eyes of customers
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of the business against its revenue, costs, profitability, assets and liabilities objectives, including underlying drivers such as portfolio shifts and pricing
  • Utilising information from multiple sources and bring together to succinctly tell the Investment Wealth Solutions (IWS) story
  • Assess and improve the operational effectiveness of the team, actively identifying opportunities for streamlining, automation and optimisation to help bring costs down and improve efficiencies
  • Take a leading role in driving collaboration across the teams and enhancing team culture by managing team events, cross-team exchanges, townhalls and improving workplace experience
Requirements

To be successful you will:

  • Be ready to take a hands-on role across the relevant areas, engaging effectively across local and global business and function teams, with an ability to collaborate with and inspire people with different styles and backgrounds
  • Have experience and knowledge in investments/insurance, with good product and proposition know-how and client-centric mind-set
  • Have strong business acumen and demonstrated excellence in understanding business financial information and delivering key messages through effective presentations
  • Be a strategic thinker and be able to translate concept into actionable plans to drive client outcomes and business results, to balance strategic and tactical decisions, considering risks, long-term implications, commercial realities and stakeholders’ needs
  • Have strong collaboration and influencing skills that are required to influence and work effectively with different stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Have an open, change-focused and aspirational mindset to help unlock the growth potential of the business
