We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager Conversational Banking Revenue.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Implement and manage revenue-generating chatbot conversation flows and maximize conversion opportunities
  • Work closely with product, design and tech teams to implement new monetization features and chat flows
  • Work with 2LoD to ensure all conversational sales tactics and scripts adhere strictly to banking regulations and policies
  • Monitor and analysis KPIs such as conversion rates, sales volume, and drop-off rate.  Identify trends, diagnose issues, and implement data-driven optimizations
  • Balancing revenue growth with regulatory compliance in Conversational Banking
  • Driving revenue generation of chatbot/ chat as one of the primary sales channels
  • Integrating AI-driven insights into revenue workflows while maintaining a human-centric approach
Requirements

To be successful you will

  • Proven experience directly building and launching campaigns in digital platforms (e.g Conversational Banking, chatbot, messaging)
  • Good knowledge of retail banking products (i.e. cards, loans, deposits, wealth) and associated regulations
  • Good understanding of digital technologies and physical distribution channels
  • Strong judgmental skills to identify and resolve complex problems whilst adhering to timeline and quality output
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all organization levels through fact-based discussions and direct engagement
