We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

• As a corporate services manager, the candidate will be responsible for working collaboratively with the business, internal, and external partners to drive cost and operational efficiency, and process streamlining
• Engage in building services and facilities management including office space allocation, recharging, moves & changes, and logistics
• Oversee vendor management and monitor service providers’ performance and risk controls
• Drive and implement process streamlining and cost saving initiatives
• Support implementation of new procedures and policies
• Lead small and mid-size scale initiatives and projects
• Build strong partnership with business, functions, and external vendors
• Provide system access control to facilitate front office onboarding
• Deliver and support on IT hardware enhancement to align with the Group’s standards
• Coordinate records management, procurement, and business continuity planning
• Provide tactical and other ad-hoc support to meet business needs

• Bachelor’s/ University degree holder with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Good understanding of banking operations and complex changes in banking environments
• Strong organizational ability, able to assign project priorities and implement in an orderly manner
• Attention to detail, strong execution, with strong problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with strong analytical mind and creative thinking
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
