We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Manages and motivates her subordinates in Trust Payment Processing (“ITT”) to achieve best levels of services, professionalism and operational efficiency as well as high standard of compliance to safeguard the interests of the trust principals and beneficiaries and the Company and in particular, to adhere to the Administrative Support Services Agreements as per the scope of services of ITT to be revised from time to time to account for changing circumstances and business requirements
  • Assists the Team Head in implementing the strategies and policies of the Company and achieving the Company’s objectives
  • Shadows the Team Head and other fellow peers to carry out trustee duties for HKT as it so requires
  • Acts as mentor to all team members
  • Executes payment /fixed deposit/foreign exchange transactions and etc. for trust client accounts
Requirements
  • Obtaining a university degree or professional qualification in legal or trust-related discipline
  • Attending relevant courses or seminars on trust legislation, estate and trust administration, offshore trust practice, taxation, trust accounting, banking and finance, securities and investments, company management and property management
  • Where the incumbent has not acquired the requisite academic qualifications, he/she should possess the requisite working experience as follows:
    • Through at least 8 years’ experience in trust administration of which 5 years must be at mentoring level
  • Knowledge in Trust and Company Accounting
  • Proficient in using MS Office (Word & Excel), preferably with knowledge of other software, e.g. Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and
  • Self-motivated, accountable and able to work independently
