Principal responsibilities

  • Manage and execute implementation of retail international payments initiatives, ensure quality deliverables which meet internal and external customers’ requirements

  • Plan, formulate and deliver business strategic KPIs or initiatives aimed at achieving seamless customer experience, streamlining the end-to-end operation process, sustaining business growth and competitive edge of Retail payment products and services

  • Maintain timely communication with various stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle to ensure requirements are aligned with business objectives

  • Liaise with various stakeholders to manage initiatives to address the changing customer and business needs

  • Prepare relevant strategy papers, business proposals and reports for presentation to senior management

  • Keep abreast of the latest compliance requirements of the Group, Bank and regulatory authorities, initiate necessary internal and external communication plan, internal procedural and system changes

  • University Degree or other relevant post graduate qualification

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail international payments product management or related, prior experience in retail international payment, digital channel development or multi-functional projects would be an asset

  • Strong project management skills, ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Numerate, positive, flexible and self-motivated individual

  • Strong business acumen and analytic skills, able to navigate conflicting priorities

  • Shown strong situation awareness, strong desire to learn and able to work in Agile environment

  • Basic knowledge in database, VBS, statistics and MI would be an asset

  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
