We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager Investment Insights.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Lead the research, writing, and compilation of high-quality multi-asset (including equities, fixed income and alternatives) investment content that clearly communicates the Chief Investment Office (CIO)'s house view and thematic insights

  • Spearhead new initiatives and projects aimed at improving the dissemination and consumption of the CIO insights across various client segments

  • Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies to ensure consistent and clear delivery of CIO views to clients and frontline teams

  • Leverage digital expertise to optimize content delivery channels (e.g., web, app, social media), enhance user engagement, and maximize the impact of published materials

  • Provide subject matter expertise on multi-asset allocation strategies, ensuring insights are actionable and aligned with broader wealth management goals

  • To provide comprehensive and timely insights to frontline throughout the entire wealth continuum

  • To collaborate with various stakeholders including retail distribution, wealth product teams, marketing, propositions and etc. to drive businesses by adding value to insights led wealth product campaigns, assisting frontline with sales scripts and prompt insights content to implement suitable investment strategies

Requirements

To be successful you will need

  • University degree in a relevant discipline with solid experience in the investment area
  • Proven and exceptional writing skills to help create a wide range of communication materials for various audiences
  • Demonstrate ability to capture complex ideas and write clear, concise and engaging content across different media including print, digital and video. Data visualization expertise is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook along with good general PC skills
  • Good presentation skills and excellent communication skills, with the ability to write persuasively and converse fluently in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Utilize fluent Mandarin Chinese to tailor content, engage with key stakeholders, and support communications for Mandarin-speaking clients and regions
  • Experience of relevant systems like Bloomberg, Factset, MorningStar or Reuters is a plus
