Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group’s people strategy in line with business objectives. It facilitates talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager, Reporting & Analytics (HR Talent Acquisition).

Principal responsibilities

You will play an integral role in fulfilling all reporting, data and MI analysis requests from senior business stakeholders in country, region, and group. These reports are critical in tracking commercials, financials, &/or various recruitment and diversity metrics, and monitoring progress on high profile regional and global initiatives.

In addition to data consolidation, you will focus on data analysis, and presenting meaningful actionable insights to the senior leadership team to support robust decision-making. You will also regionalise global initiatives and provide support in localising these initiatives to all market in Asia-Pacific.

Requirements
  • Has experience in managing complex data extraction, and reporting requests across multiple platforms, and systems
  • Enjoys data analysis work, and able to “make sense” of huge amount of data, and propose recommendations to refine data analysis
  • Is resourceful, methodical, self-starter, task-and-results oriented with a strong customer-first mindset, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
