We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager, Wealth Sales Process Management.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Drive wealth sales process streamlining enhancements from frontline perspective in Retail Banking branch network
  •  Identify process streamlining opportunities by revisiting existing procedures, conducting branch activities analysis and leveraging on transformation initiatives whereas the ultimate objective is to uplift frontline work efficiency and sales productivity
  • The job holder also has to ensure new regulatory requirements are embedded into wealth sales process with minimum impact to frontline day to day sales activities
  • Embed new regulatory requirements are well embedded into I & I sales processes with minimum impact to branch sales activity and customer experience
Requirements
  • University degree or relevant post graduate qualification
  • In-depth understanding and experience in the financial or banking sector
  • Excellent understanding of WPB strategic imperatives and being able to translate them into business objectives and policies
  • Strong business acumen with a hands-on approach when making improvement and resolving problems
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills with capability to influence senior teams
