Global Asset Management, the investment management business of the HSBC Group, serves HSBC’s worldwide customer base of retail and private clients, intermediaries, corporates and institutions invested in both segregated accounts and pooled funds. We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Maternity Cover - Energy Transition Infrastructure (6-months contract). 

Principal Responsibilities

Candidate will play a support role to the maternity coverage lead. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and organizational skills. 

  • Marketing Material Update : Update latest marketing materials, pitchbooks, thought leadership pieces
  • Event Management : Support coordination of logistics and communications for investor days, conference calls, and roadshows
  • Updated Notes/Database : Investor tracking, updated notes, investor mapping database
  • Internal Collaboration : Work closely with the investment team, marketing, sales teams and communications teams to ensure a unified message
  • Data room management for ETA fund
Requirements
  • Degree level education (or equivalent)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interpret and communicate complex financial information clearly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage overlapping timelines for key duties
