In this role, you will:  

• Candidate will be leading a team of 15+ members in a Network Support role.
• Candidate will be working as part of a global team helping to providing L1/L2 support of network infrastructure.
• Primarily ensuring network infrastructure remains stable and resilience is restored
• Learn new skills on leading network infra
• Part of a global team.
• Involved in team strategy and decision making for the function.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:    

• Preferred Computer engineering
• Understanding of Network Infrastructure and Network protocols
• Experience of managing a team.
• Certification preferred such as CCNA.
• Experience of working in a NOC environment
• Able to communication well through a globally dispersed team,
• Understanding of ITIL and AGILE practice/frameworks.
• Able to work in high pressure environment.
