We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Product Manager, FX, P&FX, Retail Product.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Assist in obtaining market intelligence through engaging market research/analytic support to monitor competitor landscape and market movement, further develop plan and execute FX business/product strategy
  • Drive incremental FX sales with focus in actively expanding the current FX customer base through developing effective customer acquisition strategy
  • Drive new product initiatives/capabilities to deliver distinct and leading product proposition through ideation, formulation of the cost-benefit case, technical development management (business), planning and executing the commercialization and related activities
  • Deliver projects with close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders for implementation of Group/Local initiatives
  • Oversights of service level quality and the resilience of end-to-end processes effectively to achieve high customer satisfaction and mitigate reputational and regulatory risks
  • Support product management and related activities as assigned including but not limited to cost management, competitor landscape review and internal compliance and governance where required
Requirements
  • Proven experience in product development in retail banking business/operational experience in banking services including FX and payments or related context, is preferred
  • Strong knowledge and understanding in data & analytics, capable of using D&A tools a plus
  • Experience in handling operational activities and familiar with procedures and processes
  • Strong numeric and analytics skills, with an good understanding of Wealth and Personal Banking objectives and values
  • Exceptional in following instructions and capable to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to cultivate a collaborative and cooperative working environment
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic mindset, with a proven rapid learning capacity
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English with strong presentation skills
  • Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively at all levels and across functions

This is vital role to support FX portfolio business and the business long term strategy. The role is responsible to help driving new FX businesses, the pricing and growth strategy i.e. revenue and customer acquisition, through support in running various campaigns, lead/idealise/commercialise product development and features, and resolve day-to-day customer request/other BAU that can enhance customer satisfaction as appropriate.
