We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Product Manager, Global Payment Solutions. 

Principal Responsibilities

  • Product governance
  • Risk control/ownership
  • Establish and Drive Product Commercialization KPI’s (Customer, Revenue, Utilization targets)
  • Develop (and track) plans with the front-line teams and associated actions to achieve these targets (e.g., sales training, marketing campaigns)
  • Oversight of production incidents to assess whether incidents are being correctly resolved in accordance with the agreed target operating model and service commitments
  • Act as the key product contact point for the front-line teams
  • Identify new opportunities for Payments Product (product functionalities and new segments)
  • Identify and maintain an order book of enhancements that will improve the customer experience, efficiency, and/or controls for the SG customer
  • Identify, prioritize key features (in conjunction with the global team) to continuously evolve the product and work with the relevant delivery partners in performing critical tasks (e.g., UAT, etc.)
  • Understand the competitive position of Payments Product and identify emerging competitive threats
Requirements
  • Knowledge of GPS and wider HSBC businesses ideally within global and local/ functions
  • Knowledge & experience of international and domestic payments
  • Strong business product management experience
  • Digitally and technically orientated with a good understanding of consumer and corporate solutions
  • Strategic mind-set, with strong analytical, creative, and conceptual skills
  • Ability to be a change agent within the organization and think outside the box
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with strong presentation skills to executive level
  • Outcome focused and result-oriented individual with keen interest in product commercialization
