We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Project and Business Manager (12 months fixed-term contract).
Principal Responsibilities
In this role you will
- Work in collaboration with Finance, HR and COO to validate and report on committed benefits, for both headcount and total financial benefits (actual, forecast and target)
- Responsible for re-baselining the cost budget along with the organizational change
- Drive retail cost centres alignment and transition including future reporting model as a result of organizational change and mitigation of the two retail product teams into Wealth and Premier SSolutions
- Complete the cost recharges methodology review of the two retail product teams under the new Group operating model, and the corresponding implementation together with Finance
- Support the migration of two retail product teams (Lending and Transaction Banking) into Wealth and Premier SSolutions structure along with the organization change
- Assist in setting up the cost and headcount reporting mechanism to business heads
- Monitor and ensure a smooth transition to the new ways of work as per Wealth and Premier SSolutions engagement model
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and escalating as necessary to ensure project success
To be successful you will need
- Extensive experience of large budget/financial and business planning experience with high degree of financial acumen
- Experience in cost and workforce management, including understanding of direct and indirect costs
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to deliver senior management-ready, high-quality materials
- Strong presentation and communication skills (written and oral) and attention to details
- Ability to work flexibly at fast pace with limited information and respond quickly to multiple and changing priorities
- Ability to demonstrate a high degree of credibility and implement impactful business initiatives
