Department: - Cybersecurity

In this role, you will:

• Investigate and resolve issues affecting production environment with SLAs
• Define and manage telemetry requirements for managing and operating Wiz Platform: Wiz integrations health, Wiz management plane health, alerting other teams for remediation e.g. cloud platform teams, manage Wiz updates and patches for HSBC consumers
• Provide white gloves support to Wiz early adopters in HSBC
• Design, implement and maintain and change release process for rolling out changes to Wiz production platform.
• Maintain documentation to support Wiz adopters
• Monitor use of Wiz components e.g. DeamonSet versions to ensure that they are aligned with Wiz Vendor recommendations.
• Support developers with building CICD pipeline that can consume Wiz APIs to perform security tasks.
• Support integration efforts with downstream reporting tools by provisioning and maintaining service accounts and APIs catalogue needed. 

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Experience in deploying Wiz on GCP, AWS, Azure, AliCloud platforms as well as Kubernetes Platforms hosted Bare metal/VMware.
• Experience in managing incidents / technical issues related to cloud/containers platforms that run at scale
