In this role, you will:

- Collect effective business analytics to achieve frontline productivity of top themes and product ideas through systematic tracking and analysis

- Develop tracking for frontline scorecard and monitor the sales performance and effectiveness by systematical MI and deepened analysis

- Monitor trends of sales performance of Market and IC Teams and identify key gaps and opportunities for target achievement

- Make sure the training arrangement is aligned with the calendar of frontline and send punctual and accurate training notifications.

- Collaborate with other internal and external parties to roll out the training plan.

Requirements

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

·         Over 8 years of relevant business and product management experience in the banking industry, preferably Private Banking/ High Net Worth areas

·         Proven and solid working experience in financial institutions

·         Business management relevant experience in commercial banks

·         Former experience in learning and development or frontline engagement preferred

·         Strong capability in data analysis tools, including but not limit to knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications

·         Good communication and negotiation skills
