We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Associate, Health Pricing and Portfolio Management.
Principal Responsibilities
In this role you will
- Support technical pricing for Integrated Shield Plans, Employee Benefits and Individual Health products
- Assist in system implementation and compliance requirements for product launches
- Conduct Employee Benefits large quotation reviews
- Maintain and enhance the Employee Benefits pricing tool to drive accuracy and efficiency
- Provide regular monitoring updates and insights on sales and profitability trends to stakeholders
- Support strategic planning and contribute to portfolio management decisions
- Manage and analyze data to inform business decisions
To be successful you will need
- A strong sense of initiative, with the ability to learn independently and solve problems analytically
- Keen attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality
- Experience with data analytics
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and influence outcomes
- A university graduate in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related discipline
- Experience with Emblem, Excel VBA, SQL and/or Python is a strong advantage
