We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Brokerage Business Development Manager.
Principal Responsibilities
In this role you will
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve growth targets
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the insurance portfolio through broker channel
Lead onboarding of new partnerships with Middle East broker partners and maintain strong relationships with the broker partners
Collaborate with broker partners to develop and execute joint business initiatives
Establish the sales process and operating model by working closely with internal stakeholders to support Middle East business to optimize the application conversion
Be the key supporting role for sales consultants of Middle East broker partners on daily basis
To be successful you will need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
Solid experience and understanding in life insurance products, market trends, and regulatory requirements, preferably in Broker channel business
Solid experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the insurance industry
Insurance related license is required, including completion of Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination Paper 1,2,3 and compliance with related Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements
Proven track record of achieving business growth and developing strategic partnerships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
