The Opportunity:

This is a unique opportunity to be the bridge between business and technology, enabling departments to achieve their goals through effective data solutions. You will play a key role in driving platform adoption, optimizing business processes, and ensuring our solutions meet real user needs. Your work will help streamline data operations and deliver tangible value to the bank.

What you’ll do:

  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand and analyze their data requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather, clarify, and document business needs.
  • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable specifications for the technical team.
  • Support users in adopting the platform and provide training as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners.
  • Continuously seek feedback to improve the platform and user experience.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping.
  • Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.

What additional skills will be good to have?

  • Experience in banking, financial services, or data-driven environments.
  • Familiarity with data platforms, ETL processes, or system integration.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Technical background or understanding of software development concepts.
  • Experience in user training, change management, or platform adoption initiatives.
