We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Business Planning Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

  • The role requires significant credibility and a capacity to rapidly identify key opportunities, issues and themes which have material impact with the ability to establish clear action plans and drive results against agreed goal
  • Lead the development, execution, and monitoring of branch network and distribution strategic projects to ensure alignment with Group strategy
  • Act as a project management lead, ensuring the effective delivery of strategic initiatives, on time and within scope, by leveraging robust planning, tracking, and execution practices
  • Drive collaboration and teamwork across the team to improve efficiency, foster trust, and achieve shared goals
  • Monitor and control risks associated with initiatives, ensuring operational controls remain robust and unaffected by business rollouts
Requirements
  • University degree or relevant post graduate qualification
  • In-depth understanding and experience in the financial or banking sector
  • Proven record in business planning, strategy formulation and project management
  • Excellent understanding of WPB strategic imperatives and being able to translate them into business objectives and policies
  • Well-developed capability to process high volumes of complex information and synthesize key objectives and issues
  • Strong business acumen with a hands-on approach when making improvement and resolving problems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with capability to influence senior teams
  • Advanced strategic planning and project management skill
  • Strong ability to engage stakeholders across businesses / functions
