We are looking for an experienced Senior Creative Producer to join the Group Channels and Content team in Group External Communication.

Under the guidance of the Head of Creative & Production, you will be responsible for the ideation, creation and production of multimedia projects (photography, animation, design, audio) to enhance brand reputation, drive engagement and support HSBC’s strategic priorities.

Responsibilities:

•    Manage a small team of content creators to produce best in class, high-quality, high impact multimedia on-brand content for use across HSBC’s external and internal
channels (Group social media channels, hsbc.com and Group Intranet)
•    Work with a wide variety of stakeholders across the business and channel experts to craft and deliver insight-driven, strategically relevant and on-brand content tailored for use across Group channels
•    Write project briefs, develop creative ideas and script storyboards
•    Direct shoots in the UK and overseas, filming with customers, colleagues and senior executives
•    Work with stakeholders across the business and channel experts to craft and deliver insight-driven, strategically relevant and on-brand content tailored for use across Group channels

Requirements

Skills and experience:

•    Extensive experience of in-house, television or agency, producing high impact content in a range of styles for a variety of clients and brands
•    A proven track record of writing, structuring and producing engaging video scripts for multi channels.
•    A proven track record in creative storytelling, helping brands and/or organisations communicate their stories to external audiences in a way that engages and resonates.
•    Experience managing and directing multiple creative projects under time and volume pressures
•    Excellent project management skills dealing with a variety of stakeholders.

The base location for this role is London on a hybrid basis.
