The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of a Senior Finance Analyst. The Senior FA will work with programmes to understand the cost across the portfolio ($1bn). The role holder will be responsible to detail the detailed costs and support with interlocking this with all parties.

What you’ll do:

• Build the demand view across Reg X.
• Lead GB/GF transformation portfolio meetings.
• Audit that demand matches HSBC systems.
• Support financial review of new schemes.

What you will need to succeed in the role:

• Proven expertise in cost management, forecasting methodologies (predictive/dynamic), financial analysis and business partnering.
• Lead finance analyst experience on major projects or complex programmes (e.g. $10m+)
• Experience in developing cost models.
• Knowledge of HSBC Change Frameworks and delivery methodology including Agile techniques;
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and sponsors
