  • facilitating timely and accurate compensation and benefit operation in all entities for active and terminated employees in a professional manner, including data preparation and enquiry.
  • staff cost report to Finance/HR/Business and data analysis per requirement.
  • reconciling billing from relevant parties with payroll system for Benefit related cost.
  • monitoring vendor performance and timely escalate if any abnormal issue.
  • supporting HR to handle special cases or HR projects.
  • implementing meticulous checks and controls both to system generated data and manually prepare to ensure an error free operation.
  • preparing the reports to corresponding parties as agreed timeline.

 

The Opportunity:  

  • Support to handle the employee salary and benefits data/reports based on agreed procedure and policy.
  • Coordinate and communicate with relevant suppliers or other cooperation teams to solve problems, so as to ensure accurate, timely and efficient completion of monthly payroll and benefit contribution payment.
  • Comply with legal requirements and implement relevant risk control processes.    

 

What you’ll do:     

  • Accurately and timely process employee compensation and benefit data/reports, handle employee enquiries per procedure.
  • Accurately and timely reconcile reports and investigate if any issue before payment settlement and data submission in relevant systems.
  • Closely monitor processing queue and database, detect abnormal issue and escalate timely.
  • Pro-actively communicate with peers/people manager/other stakeholders for any uncertainty.
  • Pro-actively review process and find out opportunities to improve the process and risk control.
  • Ensure all KPIs are well achieved.   
Requirements

What you will need to succeed in the role:       

  • College degree or above, major in human resources or finance is preferred.
  • Experience in human resources is preferred.
  • Good English reading, writing skills and communication skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, customer centricity and risk control.
  • Being careful and proactive.
  • Familiar with Office software (basic skills such as Word, Excel).    

 

What additional skills will be good to have?     

  • Have good planning and learning abilities.
  • Good mathematical calculation and analysis skills.
  • Have a basic understanding of China's legal requirements for individual tax and salary benefits (such as social security and provident fund).
  • Being agile at work.
