The Opportunity:  

ICO Senior Exclusive case manager is responsible for handling Jade/HNW clients on processing of cross boarder account opening.  This role is full of opportunities and challenges. You will have the opportunities to cummunication Jade/HNW clients and work with various stakeholder You will keep learning new things in a changing environment, and expand your horizon.  Welcome to join us and start a new journey of your career.  

 

What you’ll do:     

  • Hotline handling including English call.
  • Sales driven: International product referral (credit card, global money, mortgage etc.).
  • Excellent service mind-set including complaint handling.
  • International account opening (E2E).
  • High Risk case, VVIP case handling.
Requirements

What you will need to succeed in the role:       

  • Pure English speaking with customer, excellent English writing.
  • Excellent Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Strong management sense.
  • With Project experience and change mindset.
  • Strong presentation skill.
  • Data analysis / RPA / Coding skill is a plus.

      

What additional skills will be good to have?     

  • CET-6.
