We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as a Senior Business Management Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

  • To drive cost saves initiatives by collaborating with business teams, Finance, Global Functions, and DBS in order to drive the strategic agenda
  • Take a proactive approach to cost management by anticipating, addressing, and escalating issues before they arise
  • Effectively engage and communicate impacts of accounting policies, cost stretches, and pro-forma analysis to senior management
  • Build and maintain effective relationship with key stakeholders in Group, business teams and Business Finance in order to drive effective cost management
  • Project Management of ad-hoc assignments
Requirements
  • University degree, preferably in business management, finance or other relevant qualifications
  • Experience in senior Cost, MI or FP&A roles with sound business acumen
  • Understanding on DBS Cost structure, IT recharge and Ops Demand is a plus
  • Proven ability to articulate complex issues concisely and in simple language to support problem analysis
  • Proven ability to prioritize workload effectively in line with multiple changing business priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
