We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Manager, GNB Client Propositions.

Principal Responsibilities

CIB represents the Group’s largest allocation of capital and delivers the international promise of HSBC to institutional, corporate and mid-market customers around the world. We intend to be the #1 CIB bank in the world, building on HSBC’s existing areas of strength and driving new areas of growth by anticipating and positioning HSBC for long-term success

Client Propositions CIB team in CCO will lead the development and execution of innovative, client-centric propositions that address the evolving needs of our clients. The role holder will work across geographies, sectors and segments; ensuring propositions are impactful, and aligned with the bank’s overall business objectives

  • Supporting the research, design, and execution of CIB GNB propositions, ensuring they address client priorities and align with the bank’s strategy;  
  • Collaborating with Banking, product, marketing and digital teams to support the successful execution;
  • Tracking and report on the progress of proposition initiatives, highlighting key milestones and risks;
  • Supporting the analysis to measure proposition performance, including client feedback, adoption rates, and business impact;
  • Assisting in identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization based on insights and learnings.

  • They will have a proven ability to design and implement strategic offerings that address diverse client needs across multiple jurisdictions.
  • The role holder will bring a strong mix of strategic thinking, client-centricity, and executional excellence, with the ability to balance big-picture vision with the details needed for successful delivery.

  • Proactive and Eager to Learn: A self-starter with a growth mindset, eager to take ownership of tasks and learn from senior colleagues.
