We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Officer.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Support the order processing, settlement, corporate actions, transfer, and maintenance tasks
  • Provide accurate and quality work to minimize reversal rate and complaint cases
  • Handle exceptions and problem cases under advice and supervision of manager
  • Report irregularities and issues to supervisor promptly and accurately
  • Arrange payment settlement with client and counterparties
  • Provide quality services to internal and external clients in accordance with all group standards
  • Follow up independently with queries raised, escalating to line manager where appropriate
  • Back up other colleagues of the team in accordance with back up arrangements as advised by managers
  • Proactively seek out opportunities to assist other team members
  • Proactively learn other tasks in order to become familiar with the full operations flow
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant internal control documents and external regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure Service Level Agreement on various tasks
  • Proactively initiate enhancement in job processes
Requirements
  • Excellent understanding of Funds industry and possess adequate level of knowledge in its products
  • Knowledge of Funds operations particularly from distribution side of business
  • Strong analytical mind, numerical skills and attention to details
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skill
  • Open minded, energetic, proactive, willing to learn and a good team player
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Computer competency including using Microsoft Excel and Word
