Operations Shared Services (OSS) drives operations' performance standards, service excellence, and consistency across the Group and our Global Service Centres (GSCs). This central team oversees areas such as business intelligence, cost management, reporting, billing and regulatory compliance. In addition, through its GSC Capabilities team, they are responsible for enterprise-wide workforce management, location strategy, future skills, and group common services (AI, automation, and other strategic initiatives). 

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Officer, MPF Administration (12 months fixed term contract). 

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Monitor and control daily operational tasks (including offshore) so that timely and quality services are delivered and ensure compliance with statutory deadlines where applicable
  • Handle special projects, ad hoc tasks, and other restricted transactions as assigned by supervisor
  • Assist in preparing statistics for management information and reporting purposes
  • Identify and recommend methods to improve operating efficiency and expense control through better workflow, Management Information System and automation enhancement
  • Assess the impact when there is any regulatory change or group policy and procedure and embed it to the operation procedures and process
  • Ensure daily processing are complied with regulatory timeline and agreed service turnaround time
  • Prepare and arrange electronic messages to customers
Requirements

To be successful you will need

  • Strong PC and technical skill e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
  • Excellent communication, presentation, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of MPF retirement benefits knowledge
  • Ability to analyse problem and offer appropriate solution when handling daily administrative tasks
