We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Officer, MPF Administration. 

Principal Responsibilities

  • Delivers a quality operational performance and fully comply with the MPF Ordinance and Regulations
  • Deliver tasks and projects assigned to meet quality and deadline
  • Monitor and undertake quality assurance and related activities on administrative service
  • Conduct and support due diligence, internal review and related activities to facilitate the monitoring of admin service
  • Support initiatives to enhance customer experience via streamlining and digital journey
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Business Partners / sponsors, internal and external partners
  • Oversight of MPF Operations complied with regulatory timeline and agreed service turnaround time
  • Identifies and recommends methods to improve operating efficiency and expense control through better workflow, Management Information Systems and automation enhancement

  • Ability to work Independently
  • Ability to develop innovative solutions to enhance service delivery and improve operation efficiency
  • Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to handle conflicting ideas/suggestions from various stakeholders and propose solutions acceptable to all parties
  • Possess a high level of flexibility in the approach and must be able to demonstrate good judgment and sense
