We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Product Manager, Commercialization.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Derive and execute commercialization and revenue initiatives to drive product performance for customer acquisition, retention and maximize utilization
  • Produce tools and collateral to facilitate the commercialization of the cards product to corporate clients
  • Working with Sales Managers / Leads in defined client segments to drive take-up and usage of commercial cards
  • Driving the visibility of new functionalities and engaging GPS and CMB/GBM stakeholders to generate new interest in the existing products in the market
  • Provide insight on customer needs, emerging market trends, infrastructure development, competitors move and the regulatory environment related to the assigned product suite
  • Support Sales teams on solutioning of complex deals and oversee the implementation of mandated deals
Requirements
  • Solid experience in banking, preferably in cash management, or market client facing banking functions
  • Proven experience in solutioning sales, account management or product management
  • Practical knowledge in solution sales and implementations are highly desirable
  • Strong team player, highly motivated with an achievement-oriented approach to business
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze complex problems, interpret customer or operational needs and develop integrated, creative solutions
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
