The Opportunity:

In HTC, we’ve experienced a wonderful period of growth as the direct result of increased efficiency and productivity. To continue on this trajectory, we’re searching for a highly qualified Assistant Business Manager to work closely with our coo team. The role will have an immediate impact on our productivity, streamlining strategic initiatives, supporting program management, and communicating objectives between departments in Xi'an.

What you’ll do:

• Business management, including coordination and projects, cross functional coordination of COO wide activities;
• Support the centre-wise transformation programmes independently to initiate the innovation and changes in Xi’an centre;
• Day-to-day coordination of the operations and general admin support;
• Drive external engagement planning, including logistics coordination, material preparation, process tracking and correspondence management.
• Collaboration with senior management and department leaders, performing an array of administrative tasks;
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
• Support internal and external coordination, conducting data research and analysis;
• Ensure streamline in compliance with all HTC regulations and implement procedures to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a digital or technology-focused environment. 
• Have a good working knowledge and strong relationships with one or more areas within the major global business
• Superior organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to articulate and present information to various and diverse audiences.
• Excellent problem solving skill and ability to resolve problem independently
• Logical and analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Self-starter and able to perform with minimal supervision;
• Capability to handle multi-tasks and deliver result under pressure
• Team player, excellent communicator and ability to work on own initiative
