The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly capable and experienced hands on engineer to assist with our technical lead & product owner to implement on our data virtulisation platform's capabilities & deployment, new feature adoption market roll out, use cases onboarding. This role would also need to face business to understand the demand from Global Businesses/Global Functions (GB/GF) at certian time. 

  

What you’ll do:

This role will with supervise and coach from technical leader, hands on Virtual Data Lake product including but not limited to

  • Core capability set up in hybrid environment and it's entitlement services.
  • New product feature adoption
  • Platform build and roll out to new markets
  • Use case onboarding

The successful candidate should show tracked recorded experience in Hadoop, Cloud Technologies, Kubernetes. Network & Cyber related experience would be a great bonus. Strong problem solving skill would be one of the soft key capability. Nice communication skills and experience in communicating with senior stakeholders are preferred.

  • Providing Expertise: Serve as a go-to resource for technical advice, helping to solve complex problems and provide insights.
  • Research and Analysis: Evaluate new technologies, tools, and methodologies to satify new project demand & platform demand and provide recommendations for the organization.
  • Training and Mentorship: Be responsible for training and mentoring other team members. Share knowledge and expertise through workshops, presentations, and one-on-one coaching, helping to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team.
  • Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with different stakeholders and provide technical support, clarification, and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the successful implementation of technical solutions.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Management: Document technical processes, procedures, and best practices. Ensuring that valuable information is captured and shared effectively within the organization.
  • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and challenges. Identify root causes, propose solutions, and guide the team in implementing effective resolutions.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience with various cloud native technologies, including Kubernetes, Google Cloud and Ali Cloud...
  • In-depth knowledge of Hadoop/Spark ecosystem.
  • In-depth knowledge of IAM and entitlements.
  • In-depth knowledge of CI/CD.
  • Experience with Python API development is a bonus
  • Ability to manage the discussion with non-IT business users and senior stakeholders.
  • Unwavering integrity and commitment to following company policies and security procedures.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive diverse, multi-regional teams.
