The Opportunity:

When you are in this position, you will have more opportunities to get experience on Java development, AWS, Cloud knowledge, Agile and DevOps.
And you can also work close with business within a project and get experience on how to manage a project and lead a team.

What you’ll do:

•  Candidate(s) are expected to work effectively in our team in agile, collaborate with other development teams across borders.     
•  To provide support to defines requirements management processes and structures based on business requirements. 
•  To complete development tasks with good quality.
•  To build effective working relationships with transformation team and business and works well with external.
•  To support to identify areas of impact on the target operating model and designs activities to mitigate impact.
•  To supports the project management with impact assessment for change requests on design, scope, time, budget or effort on project plan and provides accurate estimates for handling new requirements, design changes and scope.
•  To provide production support to make sure our production environment stable.

•  Candidate should hold a university graduate certificate major in IT or equivalent experience.
•  3-5 year IT development experience.
•  Ability to read and write in English is required.
•  Strong experience within IT industry.
•  Ownership & Teamwork.
•  Experienced on Java, Spring boot, Spring Cloud, Oracle, NoSQL. Performance Tuning, K8s.
•  Experience of working in Agile and knowledge of DevOps/SAFe.
•  Actively contributes to a positive work environment. Identifies opportunities to enhance team performance. 
•  Ability to think creatively to drive innovative solutions. Ability to multi-task. Ability to build connections and work collaboratively across boundaries. 
•  Business analysis, requirements gathering.
•  Effective communication, inter-personal and negotiating skills.
•  Excellent decision making and problem-solving ability.
•  Quick learner is willing to learn new skill set.

What additional skills will be good to have?

•  Experienced on AWS.
•  Well know every step within a project, such as ITSA, NFR, EHC etc.
•  Can work under pressure.
•  Ability to listen Cantonese is an advantage.
•  Experienced on design and testing for an end-to-end flow.
•  Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships.
•  Strong communication skill in English with the ability to work with •  Global virtual team across multiple regions.
•  Strong in presentation.
