Qualifications

Responsibilities:

The role holder is responsible for the Emerging Affluent portfolio within IWPB. Focus is to ensure the EA portfolio grows healthily with focus on key KPIs including revenue/customer, net new money, customer engagement etc. The role holder is also responsible for Customer Life Cycle Management within EA segment; aligning with HSBC’s framework to ascertain customers are well managed throughout all stages including acquisition/activation, relationship deepening, and retention.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Emerging Affluent will be one of the key segments we will focus on, aligning with global direction and hence the importance of managing the portfolio properly to ensure healthy customer growth, with focus on fulfilling customer needs whilst optimizing profitability.
  • Customer life cycle management strategy to be built specifically for the emerging affluent segment to ensure customers are well-engaged from day one, remains active throughout their journey with WPB and continue to grow their relationship with the bank, whilst also managing customer retention.
  • Ensure healthy customer flow within IWPB portfolio, managing upgrades and downgrades.
  • Lead x-sell and portfolio optimization initiatives across IWPB to arrive at a good product penetration ratios and financial performance.
