We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Smart Senior (CSO) (12-month fixed contract).

Principal Responsibilities

  • Provide counter service at community counters
  • Direct customers to the appropriate service counter or staff member, and promote the usage of self service banking terminals
  • Greet and welcome all of the customers
  • Answer general customer enquiries
Requirements
  • Experience in counter or branch operations much preferred
  • Service oriented approach and with the capacity to maintain a cheerful, positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Fundamental level of computer literacy
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skill
  • Basic verbal proficiency in English and Cantonese, with knowledge of Putonghua preferred
