We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Supervisor WPB Client Selection Secretariat Ops.
Responsibilities:
- Complete an end-to-end Client Selection and Exit Management (CSEM) analysis for WPB existing customer, from trigger to execution stage based on risk categories.
- Gather and analyze customer’s related information independently through Bank’s system.
- Prepare exit letter along with the distribution process and communicate with vendors and branch office.
- Follow up with the relevant parties on outstanding information/documentation.
- Ensure that the cases are complete and meet the requirements for profiles to be approved by WPB CSEM team.
- Ensure accurate and timely MI reporting
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Indonesia Citizen only
- 1-3 years of Banking or Financial Services Experience
- Possess strong analytic and technical skill
- Possess good communication skill
- Possess good knowledge on AML policies and procedures
