The opportunity: Trustee Assistant Manager

What you will do:
In this role you will:
• Ensure that all clients are operating in accordance with relevant rules and regulations as prescribed by the Central Bank of Ireland, Regulations and the constitutional documents of the fund.
• Ensure internal deadlines are met and agreed procedures followed.
• Maintain client relationships
• Provide guidance and training to the Trustee Analysts and Supervisors in relation to day-to-day tasks as well as arising technical issues.
You should apply if you have:
• Good technical knowledge of key duties and responsibilities of trustee.
• Specialist certificate in Investment Fund Services is an advantage.
• Previous supervisory experience in Depositary is desirable given the dimensions of the role
• Sound understanding of financial instruments, stock markets and derivatives.
• The ability to analyse technical and complex problems and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Keep up to date with industry practice and regulation, with specific working practice of the relevant Irish Funds Guidance paper.
