We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Ultra-High Net Worth Proposition Lead.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Lead implementation of the UHNW (ultra-high net worth) proposition in Asia, working with key stakeholders to ensure an attractive and commercial offering for UHNW and Family Office clients
  • Work with local teams to support the implementation of new propositions, assessing competitiveness and considering cost-income trade-offs
  • Take ownership of the implementation of UHNW client experience improvements for Asia, including actions identified by our client insights framework, and working with COO / relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure proposition alignment with other areas of Commercial Execution for Asia including regional Marketing colleagues to ensure strong articulation of our proposition to UHNW clients
  • Partner with regional WPS teams, including the UHNW Solutions Group (USG), to ensure best-in-class UHNW products and service, with optimum use of delivery channels to deliver a competitive offering
  • The role covers UHNW client coverage design to support performance and growth across the UHNW Asia segment, working with the UHNW teams
Requirements

To be successful you will need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field
  • Proven experience in Wealth Management preferred, including products, operating models and clients
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to influence and drive prioritisation decisions, as well as developing productive relationships with senior management
  • Structured thinking, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Analytical mind-set with the ability to leverage data to drive informed decisions
