Through Business Banking our global network offers comprehensive support and services to businesses in the SME market. From expanding overseas to managing the cash and trade flows of an established enterprise, the Business Banking team of Relationship Managers and Product Specialists provides a range of end-to-end solutions designed to help small and large businesses reach their potential. 

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Vice President Associate, Portfolio Management. 

Principal Responsibilities

  • Identify business opportunities and promote other commercial banking products to maximize business growth
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through exceptional customer service
  • Develop relationships with business customers through outreach activities
  • Manage new customer acquisition in strict compliance with all internal and external KYC (know your customer) regulations and policies
  • Support the successful implementation of Business Banking strategies
  • Independently handle complex NCA cases (e.g. NBFI, SCC, Complex structure) with above standard quality and customer expectation management
  • Actively engage in BBC Floor management, from service logistics to Complaint handling
  • Work closely with Product Partners for referrals and ongoing business opportunities/ enhance advance collaboration with RMs in district
  • Demonstrate coaching behaviour, supporting S/VP Centre on individual PM performance
Requirements
  • Proven banking experience and strong customer facing experience
  • Prior experience in commercial banking will be an advantage
  • High level of customer centricity mind set with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong communication skills in written and spoken English and Cantonese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
  • Self-Motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Relevant insurance and investment licenses are required
