We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Vice President, Cross Border Card Usage and Fx.
Principal Responsibilities
In this role you will
Planning and execution
- Plan and execute the international card usage strategy, aligned with the bank’s retail banking objectives
- Identify and capitalize on trends in cross-border spend and lifestyle-based card usage
Portfolio Management & Data-Driven Growth
- Support portfolio optimization using data insights, segmentation, and predictive modelling to identify next best spending and engagement opportunities
- Collaborate with analytics and CRM teams to continuously refine targeting, campaigns, and product offers to improve portfolio profitability and client value
Revenue & Performance Management
- Own and drive the retail transaction fee for international card spend
- Monitor performance metrics, conduct profitability analysis, and deliver actions to grow usage, transaction volumes, and revenue
To be successful you will need
- Advanced experience on portfolio management with specialization on driving card usage / spend
- Good understanding of P&L impact, pricing models
- Familiarity with card scheme dynamics ie. Interchange fees, FX, loyalty ecosystem, processing costs etc
- Ability to use data analytics and segmentation to drive portfolio performance
