We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Vice President I, Insurance.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and provide excellent direct sales services to customers, engaging Commercial Banking Relationship Managers and/ or other frontline partners. Convert these opportunities into real income at a high closing ratio with revenue targets being regularly achieved/exceeded
  • Provide excellent customer service to the satisfaction of customers and to acquire, retain and strengthen customer relationships
  • Recommend changes in products, service, and process by evaluating results and competitive developments and to mentor less experienced team members to jointly achieve sales and targets as a team
  • Strict adherence to and work within the guidance laid down by the Sales Protocols and Compliance manuals and under the supervision of line managers. On-going compliance to all regulatory requirements is required
Requirements

To be successful you will need

  • Solid sales experience for insurance / investment products
  • IIQE, paper 1, 2, 3 & 5 or possess certain insurance qualification according to the regulatory requirement
  • RI license (HKSI Paper 1,7 & 8) or possess certain investment wealth management qualifications according to the regulatory requirement
  • Strong interpersonal, sales and communication skill
  • Holder of relevant insurance and investment licenses and compliance with related Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Cantonese. Fluency in Putonghua would be an advantage
