We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Vice President, IWPB Partnerships. 

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

Execution excellence

  • Execute the end-to-end strategic partnership roadmap aligned to Retail Banking objectives

Partner Acquisition & Management

  • Pre-onboarding and post onboarding management of Identified partnerships
  • Serve as the relationship manager for allocated partnerships

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product, marketing, technology, legal, compliance, and risk teams to deliver partnership initiatives and commercial outcomes

Innovation & Ecosystem Development

  • Lead test-and-learn initiatives and pilot programs with selected partners.

Commercial & Performance Management

  • Build and manage the partnership P&L, setting KPIs for performance tracking
Requirements

To be successful you will need

  • Advanced experience in B2B relationship management to scale and deliver commercial outcomes 
  • Strong understanding of retail banking products (e.g., deposits, credit cards, investments, wealth) and knowledge of financial services trends (e.g., embedded finance, digital wallets, super apps, fintech collaborations)
  • Experience working with a diverse range of partners: fintechs, tech platforms, lifestyle brands, wealth managers, travel/health/education providers
  • Deep understanding of P&L impact and underlying drivers
  • Highly organized and delivery-focused, with experience managing multiple complex initiatives concurrently
  • Comfortable driving initiatives through ambiguity and change
