From expanding overseas to managing the cash and trade flows of an established enterprise, the Business Banking team of Relationship Managers and Product Specialists provides a range of end-to-end solutions designed to help small and large businesses reach their potential.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as a Vice President, Innovation and Growth.

Principal Responsibilities

• Be a key part within an agile team focusing on innovative proposition development, business model transformation and data commercialization for Business Banking
• Support the research, development and implementation of Go-to-Market strategy with objective to drive user acquisition, engagement and retention
• Identify and pursue potential data partnership opportunity to enable extensive reach to additional data points and sources
• Ideate use cases and convert data and insights into customer engagement strategy delivery and drive tangible business outcome from the commercialization activities
• Lead and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple markets, including the Greater Bay Area (GBA), to implement commercialization activities, with agility to test and learn different approaches
• Facilitate the design and execution of business strategy innovation and drive the technology and/or business model transformation
• Stay close to the latest technology and market trend to continuously review our positioning, and explore relevant use cases within the business

• 5+ years of experience in digital strategy, product/proposition commercialization, or data commercialisation. Experience in financial service industry is preferred
• Solid background and understanding about market in China/GBA beyond Hong Kong, especially in the area of internet business, digital commerce, digital media or marketing etc
• Solid experience in driving adoption of digital products/platforms with rapid growth. Experience working with B2B platform will be a strong plus
• Creative thinker, able to come up with commercialization ideas and testing framework, with agile mindset to test and learn in short period of time
• Hands on experience with customer engagement strategy design and delivery, or data-driven proposition design and delivery will be a strong plus
• Good team player, and able to negotiate and provide innovative solutions to achieve common interests from various stakeholders
• Resilient change agent, able and willing to drive transformation and cultural shift
• Ability to navigate across ambiguous business context and complex organization
