The UK Relationship Banking division manages the Bank’s existing client relationships with technology and life science organisations in the UK and Europe. The team also structures debt facilities for new prospect companies and originates deals through relationships with venture capital, private equity funds, and the advisory community. Clients range from early-stage, venture-backed businesses to mid-market and publicly listed corporates.

The Role

The Vice President, Portfolio Management (UK) supports all elements of the client banking relationship except debt structuring. This includes day-to-day banking support and contributing to the strategic development of client relationships. The role requires strong knowledge of regulatory requirements including KYC and AML, and a broad understanding of banking products and transactions.

You will work within a team that manages a diverse client base across technology and life sciences. The team partners with internal stakeholders to deliver banking services and support long-term client needs.

Requirements

The Experience You Will Need

Knowledge of business or commercial banking and relevant products

Experience supporting client relationships in financial services

Understanding of regulatory standards including KYC and AML

Ability to influence stakeholders and work across teams

Experience mentoring or coaching others
