We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Wealth Sales INV Support Manager. 

Principal Responsibilities

  • Provide administration support in Wealth Investment Sales and branch network
  • By supporting the effective roll-out of all sales support initiatives e.g. marketing campaign, new product/sales tool launch, sales application system revamp, business practices, etc
  • Support Wealth Investment Sales / PE Heads in communicating strategy
  • Handle HR related matters including staff well being
  • Provide administrative support to team and act as the contact point for business issues update
  • Drive market leading standards for conduct and controls in line with HSBC Values and expectations
  • Effectively communicate with all team members including internal and external stakeholders, as appropriate
  • Foster a pleasant working environment within the department and ensure enquiries and requests are being handled properly
  • Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority
  • Ensure effective communication between team members and other internal parties
Requirements
  • Diploma Holder or above
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sizable organizations, experience in financial services will be an advantage
  • Strong attention to details, with ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Positive and proactive attitude, with the flexibility to collaborate in a team setting, and willingness to take on new responsibilities
  • Fluent written and verbal English and Cantonese language skills
  • A solid understanding of local and Group compliance regulations, customer due diligence, portfolio risk identification, and global Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards
