Department- Enterprise Technology

In this role, you will be:

• Expertise in Python-Spark development and as a Lead should be able to Work with Agile application dev team to implement data strategies, build data flows and conceptual data models.
• Python -Spark Tech Lead expected to own end to end On-premises and Cloud (GCP, AWS) Application Delivery
• Create short-term plans and operating model to deliver environments to support sprint-based development.
• Implementing and monitoring solutions that identify both system bottlenecks and production issues.
• Manage a Multiple PoDs (Approx 40members) as tech specialists.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to technical team members for collaboration and continuous learning, act as a point of escalation for technical issues providing expert solutions to the complex problem.
• Oversee the planning execution and delivery of technical projects ensuring they are complete on time and with budget, ensure that all the technical solutions comply with relevant regulations standards and protocols.
• Creation of software deployment strategies that allow DevOps engineers to successfully deploy sites/software in any environment.
• Forecast environment requirements based on anticipated future demand from multiple application development teams.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum 12 to 14  years of hands-on experience of building and maintenance of ETL Data pipelines 
• Finance Domain with Regulatory reporting knowledge.
• Good experience in  Designing and Developing Spark Applications using PySpark. 
• Experience on Delta Lake (delta.io) for enterprise grade implementation 
• WebDevelopent using Flask
• Jupyter Notebooks and JupyterHub
• Optimization and Performance Tuning of Spark Applications 
• Proficiency in writing SQL scripts  
• Hands-on Experience in Python Programming  
• Experience of building and setting up CI/CD pipelines for Pyspark , Splunk, Ansible, Juniper
• Strong communication skills
