In this role you will:

  • Supervise day-to-day team activities including reviewing and signing off on tasks to ensure they align with established procedures, controls and relevant fund parameters
  • Support department initiatives, new product rollouts, enhancements, and the regulatory, compliance and risk management framework. 
  • Focus on cost-effectiveness while being commercially and client aware. 
  • Contribute to the business implementation process and successfully onboard new funds.
  • Demonstrate technical excellence to achieve target deliverables and use strong people skills to engage and motivate the team to meet KPIs.
  • Maintain a critical level of accuracy which managing high volumes of work 
  • Participate in projects involving various stakeholders, ensuring delivery within agreed timeframes. 

You should apply if you have: 

  • A Relevant professional qualification.(e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA or SImilar)
  • Relevant experience, involving client contact and a thorough knowledge of fund valuations
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure, while maintaining close attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of dealing effectively with clients and intermediaries at all levels.
  • Excellent supervisory skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a deadline-driven environment.
  • A fast self-starter attitude with the initiative to drive work forward and strong problem solving skills.
