- Support the managing of a portfolio of clients within the Global Network Banking team wherein there will be local/regional coverage requirements with the aim of ensuring that the clients have full access to the product suite and global network of HSBC in order to achieve the business goal.
- Drive and proactively grow revenues as well as increase share of wallet from existing portfolio across all product groups including but not limited to cash management, trade, foreign exchange, by working closely with the product partners and specialists.
- Identify new business leads and introduce new opportunities and develop a trusted advisor status with the clients’ key decision makers in order to grow long-term relationships.
- Ensure sound credit quality and growth of assets whilst managing returns for clients.
- Communicate and liaise with various internal stakeholders (e.g. Global Relationship Banker, Credit Risk, Legal, etc.) to deliver customized solutions and ensure a smooth implementation and client satisfaction.
- Demonstrate a commitment to excellence and perform to the highest standards, combining client relationship management with strong risk assessment and management capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external standards that apply to the conduct of the business including but not limited to Know-your-customer guidelines, Anti-money laundering regulations and procedures in order to fight/ manage Financial Crime Risk.

- Must be bilingual in English / Korean for both writing and speaking.
- Must have great communication skills to effectively communicate and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Corporate banking product knowledge preferred (Global Liquidity and Cash Management, Global Markets, Global Trade & Receivables Finance, Credit & Lending).
- Working experience of related industry preferred.
- Good background in credit preferred.
- Basic accounting knowledge preferred.
