We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of  Assistant Vice President - GM Treasury

Principal responsibilities

  • Delivering accurate Financial Resources information to Global Markets Senior Management
  • Driving effective balance-sheet management across the region based on asset/liability returns/costs.
  • Detailed analysis and investigation into key drivers of Risk Weighted Assets, Leverage Exposure, and Liquidity
  • Leading and driving various project initiatives through proactive collaboration with various stakeholders both within and outside Markets and Securities Services.   
  • Demonstrate skill, agility and flexibility to meet ever changing business requirements with a sense of urgency and proactive anticipation.
  • IT literacy such as Python, Statpy etc, so that individual can lead the topics related to increase operational efficiency.

Requisitos
  • Very good understanding of balance sheet, Liquidity and Funding (E)
  • Proactive managing multiple geographically diverse stakeholders (E)
  • Understanding and practical experience of Global Markets business and its products (E)
  • Understanding of Liquidity, funding, capital and RWA related metrics (E)
  • Operational planning & financial analysis experience (> 5 yrs) (D)
  • Commercial focus – focus and understanding of sector business issues and constraints/ challenges (E)
  • Problem solving skills with anticipation and urgency (E)
  • Ability to influence decisions and work to tight deadlines (E)
  • Strong customer/stakeholder focus along with pro-active management and negotiation (E)
  • Leadership – Persistent and pragmatic with focus on values.  Drive projects towards conclusion and seek opportunities for optimisation.
