We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Vice President, RC AI and Analytics

Principal responsibilities

  • The role holder will support the Regulatory Conduct AI & Analytics in the Model Governance space in
  • Design and implement a comprehensive data governance strategy and operating model.
  • Develop data governance internal controls, standards, and procedures aligned with regulatory and business needs.
  • Define and implement data quality metrics and controls.
  • Monitor data quality trends and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Ensure proper documentation of metadata and data lineage.
  • Partner with IT, Product, and 2 LoD to ensure data-related controls are effective.
  • Drive data governance awareness and training programs across the organization.
  • Closely work with senior stakeholders of the Models and guide them with Data Governance process depending on the different Model Lifecycle stages.
  • Maintain strong relation with Model Owners, Product Owners and IT.

Requisitos
  • Graduation / Post Graduation degree
  • Any professional Business Management Certification like PMP would be a plus
  • Knowledge in MS Office Suite, MS PowerPoint & Excel is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, data quality, and data lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with data regulations and compliance standards.
  • Experience with data governance tools (e.g., Collibra, Informatica, Alation) is a plus.
  • Practical and theoretical knowledge of programming tools, preferably with proficiency in any one or combination of tools such as Excel pivot, Mailbox management, SQL, Alteryx, Qliksense, Tableau, Qlikview, Python, etc. would be beneficial.
  • Effective Time management & prioritization skills with an ability to prioritize competing demands and deliver against stringent deadlines
  • Strong understanding about various Model methodologies such as multiple regression, random forest, decision tree etc.,
  • Deep understanding of various Model metrics used to determine Model performance
